These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the QBT Loads mobile application, website, and related services provided by QBT Logistics and Solution Private Limited. By creating an account or using QBT Loads, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
QBT Loads is for truck owners, transporters, and authorized business users who can enter legally binding business arrangements. You are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted through your account is accurate and that you have authority to upload documents, list vehicles, add drivers, and accept operational terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
Users register using mobile OTP verification. You must keep your mobile number, device, and account access secure. You are responsible for activity performed from your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use to QBT.
3. KYC, Documents, and Verification
QBT may require KYC, business, tax, bank, truck, driver, RC, POD, and other documents before allowing access to certain services. QBT may approve, reject, request re-upload, suspend, or restrict an account, truck, driver, bid, trip, or document if information appears inaccurate, incomplete, expired, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
4. Loads, Bids, Trips, and Operations
Load availability, assignment, route details, freight terms, timing, payment status, POD requirements, and other operational information may be shown in the app. A bid or displayed load does not guarantee assignment. Confirmed trips must be performed professionally, lawfully, safely, and according to the agreed load, pickup, delivery, and documentation requirements.
5. Payments and Payout Information
QBT Loads may display trip payment, advance, balance, payout, and payment-status information. The app does not currently collect card or wallet payments from load-app users. Payment processing, settlement, deductions, taxes, disputes, and supporting documents may be handled according to the confirmed commercial terms, applicable law, and QBT operational records.
6. User Responsibilities
- Provide true, current, and complete account and document information.
- Maintain required licenses, permits, vehicle fitness, insurance, tax compliance, and driver authorization.
- Use the app only for lawful logistics and transport business purposes.
- Upload genuine documents and POD records without tampering or misrepresentation.
- Do not misuse the platform, interfere with app security, create fraudulent accounts, or bypass verification.
7. Suspension or Termination
QBT may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-compliance, rejected verification, document issues, misuse, legal requirements, non-performance, or risk to QBT, customers, drivers, transporters, or other users.
8. Account Deletion
Users may delete their QBT Loads account from the Profile tab by using the Delete account option in the Security section, or request deletion through our Delete Account page. Deletion may be temporarily blocked while active trips, assignments, pending payments, pending POD reviews, or pending additional-charge reviews are open. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, audit, dispute, fraud-prevention, or regulatory purposes, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
We try to keep QBT Loads available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. Maintenance, network issues, third-party services, device conditions, or operational events may affect availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QBT will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special losses. QBT is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user information, unauthorized account use, third-party acts, network failure, force majeure, or events outside reasonable control.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of QBT Loads after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to QBT Loads or these Terms.
